If you prefer an organic approach to food that blends Eastern and Western ways of eating and focuses in-part on avoiding toxins that we all encounter in our food supply, then the Whole Foods Cooking approach is for you. B&BE has Macrobiotic Food Coaching available to help. 

If you want a more conventional approach to food that blends healthy home-cooked foods as well as some processed convenience foods and teaches you to find balance from a more traditional Western perspective, then the Conventional Healthy Cooking approach may be right for you. We have Registered Dietitian Food Coaching available to help you meet these needs.
